Default Would Like Your Opinion

Greetings All,

I own the following:

Samsung 52" 120 HZ LCD Model LN-T5271
Samsung 650 Watt 7.1 Model HT-AS720ST (Running in 5.1)
Direct TV HR20-700
Xbox 360
Sony PS3
Toshiba HD-DVD Model HD-A30 (Sorry....Huge Batman Fan)

TV has 3 HDMI Inputs
Receiver has 2 HDMI Inputs, 1 HDMI Output and 2 Digital Optical Inputs

PS3 connected to TV via HDMI and receiver via digital optical.
HD DVD player connected to TV via HDMI and receiver via digital optical.

XBOX 360 connected to receiver via HDMI
DirecTV connected to receiver via HDMI

Receiver connected to TV via HDMI

I spend more time watching Blu Ray movies. If I had to rank my own equipment's use, it would go PS3, Xbox 360, Direct TV and HD DVD last.

I connected my PS3 and HD DVD player directly to my TV because I was concerned if I connected them to my receiver, that I would lose pitcture/sound quality while watching BD/HD content. After doing some light reading in the forums, I get the feeling that I might be better off connecting both to my receiver, then out to my TV via HDMI cables.

Your opinion on how you would set this equipment up, considering my rank of my own equipment, would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
