Default 120hz worth it?

I am planning on buying a new tv for my bedroom. I am debating between the Samsung 4065, the Samsung 4069fx, and Sony KDL-40V2500. The 4069fx has 120hz, and costs about $250 more than the others. I'm just wondering if anyone has any experience with any of these tvs, and if you would recommend the purchase. I'm definitely going with a 40", right now the room has a 32" Samsung 720p LCD and I want something a little bigger with 1080p. The Samsungs both have great contrast ratios, but Samsung always exaggerates on contrast ratio. The Samsungs also have 1 more HDMI input, but I use an HDMI switch because I have 4 HDMI devices. I will use the tv for a little PS3 gaming, but mostly watching tv, blu-ray on my PS3, and a little HD-DVD on an a-35. Thanks for the help.
