I saw the thread and was still confused somewhat. So Should I have 120hz turned on high/on for blurays, dvd, hd television, and ps3 games? And turn it off for regular television viewing?

You can't turn 120hz on/off.
You can turn interpolation on/off. IMO, interpolation should be turned off for any film source, i.e. movies. Whether or not you want to watch your hdtv with interpolation on is another matter, I do for sports but not for normal television viewing. |

Yeah, that's the TruMotion setting aka interpolation. 120hz is the refresh rate of the television.
Like I said, for filmic sources I would turn it off. The only time i would turn it on is for sports. As for which level that is something you might have to experiment with. |
