If I'm a huge fan of the series (ex: the upcoming Bond set) then most definitely yes, but if I only like the first entry (ex: Die Hard). And here is an example of my completist behavior: It drives me crazy that only seasons 1 and 6 of The Sopranos are on Blu, since I am a huge fan of that. I was holding out for a complete series set, but received the first one as a gift so now I'm contemplating buying season six.
