Hi guys,
I have a question for all you audio experts out there. I currently have a very good set of speakers and an awesome receiver. The sound produced by these speakers are unbelievable - definitely love them. The only problem is: they're only 4 ohms instead of the 8 that the receiver recommends. So my question is this: what are the consequences of using 4 ohm speakers on that receiver? Meaning will it harm the receiver? Kill it off slowly? ![]() Thanks in advance! |
