Settings for Sharp Aquos LC46XD1E

I couldnt find anything searching other posts, apart from some link to avforum where every other post contradicted each other on settings. And though I appreciate that everyone has different eyes, I wondered if anyone on here would care to suggest some settings for my Sharp Aqous.

I have, of course, had a play myself (sounds perverted but you know what I mean ) and also used the THX calibration thingy which is on some of the disney dvds.

I guess I am just interested to see who else has the Sharp 46 and what your current settings are. Do you use the OPC function?
