Blake let Dia and Jermaine do whatever they wanted and they were his home run hitters.
You have to take into account Adam's willingness to torpedo his fellow singers if he thinks it helps the one he believes is his shining star. He was the only coach whose points actually prevented someone from winning the popular vote last season. And in season one there are some who believe he picked Casey to be easier fodder for Javier. Do we know anything about the steal option? I was under the impression that it's not an actual steal -- it's just a coach being able to pick up someone else's battle round rejection. Also, I wonder why true amateurs would even bother going to The Voice first. The last two seasons, the finalists were all professionals with a lot of experience, and The Voice even takes people who didn't get far on other shows. |
