Anybody watching this? It seems like a decent singing competition.

I tried, but Christina Aguilara was such an obnoxious b*tch interrupting Adam every time he spoke that I couldn't enjoy it. Not to mention how they should hide all the performers for the audience to, not just one in every 5 performers. I gave it one episode but I won't be watching anymore.

It's OK, I'll watch until I just can't take Xtina anymore. Surprised how likeable all the guys were.

I caught the rerun last night after AI finished and since Criminal Minds was a rerun I had nothing else to watch after Breaking In.

Ceelo or however you spell his name is a funny looking dude. Saw him on SNL a few weeks back and he does seem to be a likeable type of guy.

Don't know the other two guys but Christina Aguilara is still hot so that makes up for everything. I'd like to push her button.

Also, I didn't find her to be obnoxious or anything. That Adam guy was really fighting for the singers he wanted so it sounded like Christina needed to snap back at him before he took all the good ones. Was fun to watch them fight over the contestants.

Still not sure I'm going to finish watching the rest of the season but I'll give it a few more viewings as long as it doesn't conflict with my other shows.

The young girl, Xenia, was awesome. So was the girl that sang "Come as you are"...such a heartstring pulling version she did.

The singers that got picked have studio-recorded versions of the songs they sang for purchase... so of course they're already on YouTube if you want to listen to them.

To be fair, Christina was still growing up too when her career began. She hasn't aged as well as Jessica or Britney though.

Next week Raquel Castro, who played the title role in "Jersey Girl" is auditioning Apparently she's been singing for awhile. Didn't even know.

There were some really good performances last week. Namely the girl who sang "Come as you are". I think so far the best teams are Adam Levine and Cee-Lo.

Can't wait to see his reaction next week when that dude sang "Forget You". lol

It's pure old fashioned hatred. There's no other valid excuse. She's got a helluva voice and can actually sing, unlike some of her contemporaries out there. She's definitely not ugly as many seem to want to make her out to be.

It's just fashionable to degrade and belittle celebrities it seems.

Not really sure how the premise of the show applies after the teams are assembled. Sure, they "draft" based strictly on the voice, but then after that it's all about the complete package, and if viewers get the final vote, it ceases to be just about the voice.

I also wonder, regarding the singers who no one picks, what determines the ones that get put in the episode and which ones get left out.

But just from the initial batch of picks, Adam seems to have the strongest team (he's more selective than the other three) and Christina's team has no shot.

This show is better than what American Idol is this season. Most of the singers on The Voice can actually sing. There are really only 2 or 3 singers left on American Idol this season that can actually sing. America was stupid and voted off most of the great singers already.

I'll probably continue to watch The Voice. I like it so far. Blake and Adam have pretty good teams.

BTW, Christina Aguilera is amazingly beautiful and extremely talented!

Haters can eat a fat one!

Good to see some people think otherwise. I've seen so many people say bad things about her and never understood why. But I did notice people do like to degrade celebrities just for the fun of it, which is sad.

It's better that she's doing something positive rather than getting herself into trouble, which seemed like what was happening months ago. She doesn't get enough positive attention toward her, unlike some undeserving artists. But popularity doesn't equal talent either.

Maybe she did keep interrupting Adam, but it wasn't anything serious

Yeah, she's no where near ugly or unattractive. Hottest chick in the world? No. Many are better looking, but many are much worse.

Also, I actually liked this. It wasn't anything like AI.
