I think there should be a prequel to the "Mission: Impossible" movies which goes back to the beginning of the IMF (Impossible Missions Force) and how it got started, especially with leaders Dan Briggs and Jim Phelps (before Brian De Palma did him in by his turning traitor on us), and agents Rollin Hand, Cinnamon Carter, Barney Collier, and Willy Armitage. But of course, they'd have to do it right. My cast for a prequel would be... Dan Briggs ... Victor Garber or Hugh Laurie Jim Phelps ... Jason Isaacs or John Schneider Rollin Hand ... Barry Pepper, Michael Shannon, or Aaron Eckhart Cinnamon Carter ... Elizabeth Hurley, Debra Messing, Cate Blanchett, or Joan Allen (Hey, a guy can dream!) Barney Collier ... Derek Luke or Taye Diggs Willy Armitage ... Vinnie Jones, Jason Statham, or Ray Winstone
