Your new blu-ray releases of Gupt and Vidhaata seem totally terrible in video quality if the screenshots on this forum are anything to go by:

This looks like a VHS/VCD quality master has been slapped on to a blu-ray disc. If this is true then shame on you for putting out such a worthless product and actually expecting people to pay good money for it. People who find such quality on their purchases have every right to claim a refund because by no means does this qualify as a high-definition release.
