The Blu-ray 3D came out in November of last year, and you still expect your copy purchased in June 2013 to include a slip cover? The whole point of a slip cover is for initial release, shelf appeal, etc.

I might have an extra that I could give to you, but I just think it's a bit much to expect a slip cover be included so far after release.
