i say cannon xl-h1 or if you really want one of the best to get 2k-4k then get a red one camera, surround mics are not used in the industry as most sound effects are added in post production but if you really want one go with holophone or DPA they are some of the best and only

so lets see redone camera for 2k to 4k $20,000
lense set for the redone $15,000-20,000
surround mic $5,000-$10,000
red lcd,charger,vf,drive. about $10,000-15,000

so your total comes to $65,000 for camera and mounted mic

the xl-h1 will still run you $10,000

or you can go consumer and get a 1080p for around $900 but for about the same price i think you would be better doing without the hd and getting a cannon xl1
