I loved "Super 8", so I figured "Drive" had to be good. Regarding movies that I had interest going in, "Drive" is the only one that I can ever think of wanting to stop watching because it was so incredibly boring (even then, I stayed until the end). Other than that one time, I can't remember turning away (or wanting to) from a movie. I'm of the opinion, that you can't say a movie is good or bad if you didn't watch the whole thing.
Interesting,I was actually the opposite,I was so looking forward to Super 8 which after I watched it I felt let down.
A mate brought Drive round one day and I had read mixed reports on here,I really enjoyed it and when i bought it myself and watched it for the second time I loved it.
I rewatched Super 8 and I just think it's an ordinary film.
