Im sad to hear about friendly fire,
I find myself that alot of people do
not care about the negative points
and instead go after there team for
the purpose of ruining the game, or
there a spy from the other side.

Most likely there using a second account
eventually they get booted and banned but
at what expense.

I think they should have servers with both
some with friendly fire and some without so
everyone can be happy.

And so the great friendly fire debate is resurrected
straight from the bowels of the beta forum.

The AVC is cool and really stong, i like the new stuff. Its nice so we dont have to play the same things over and over again. I think you should get it copy just beacause.

They do. I said "pro" servers have it. Casual servers don't.

All servers are now pro or casual. Basically, pro are the old LVL 4 servers and casual are the old LVL 1 - LVL 3.

So, we all win in some ways.

However, the map changes and stuff may hurt the game. This game is dying. They've segmented the player population too much.

1. Players with nothing.
2. Players with everything.
3. Players with OD.
4. Players with BM.

I mean crap. You need a magic 8-ball to figure out what maps you can and can't play on with your friends. Garbage.

If they don't have BM official ranked servers for 8 and 24 player games, I don't care. They didn't for OD and it was a waste of $8.

Let me know if they do.

Oh I'll be picking up GT5P too... ... eventually. One thing that kinda makes me mad is that you can download both BM and OD for $12 together... I want a $4 discount for BM.

Mixed reviews.

I got the expansion. I'm not happy with some of the small maps. They make no sense.

For instance, one was a CTF match (8v8) that was just across the way from each other. No vehicles or anything. Then we go to a TDM (8v8) and it's the whole map. WTH?

The snow map is nice from what I've seen, but I fear it will go the way of OD.

However, I didn't see a dedicated CTF server for BM. That disappoints me big time.

Overall, it's a 5 out of 10 for me. I'll be slowly playing less. Too many disappointments of late.

Guess I'll pick up GT5P tomorrow. Maybe I can still get a few bucks for the Japanese version I have.

I hate GT5p now so im gonna play warhawk more. I like the look of the new map and love the AVC but thats about it this should have cost $4 or something.

yep, BM is okay but I agree should have been $4 instead of $8.

I played some more.

The APC is pretty cool since it's a spawn point. My biggest gripe is that there isn't any CTF only servers. If you want to play an official ranked BM series, it will have everything (TDM, Zones, CTF). Blah.

The map arrangements suck too.

It's a couple dollar add-on at most. Especially since it segments the player pop and isn't a smooth insert into existing content.

These type of add-ons should have their price cut in half or made free after a certain amount of months to less fragment the pop imo.

Resistance and it's map packs have a similar problem as well.

I like the new map and vehicle, but like everyone said, for just a map and a vehicle I don't think it was worth 8 bucks.

So I see the mixed reviews here, I'll wait a couple of weeks to see how often these maps are played and if any official servers come up.

I don't play this game as much anymore (but I do play 1-2 times a week) so it wouldn't be a good buy if it's something I'm gonna play 1-2 times next week then nobody uses the maps again.

Did anyone buy GT5P? I heard you can't buy upgrades for cars, so I think I may pass until the "real thing".

I have the Japanese version of GT5P. The simple tuning options are opened after you beat the game on three classes or something. I don't know what the options are except that there's no turbo.

Back to Warhawk.

To me BM is better than OD, because the APC is more functional. It's a fun vehicle to drive and the fact that you can spawn in it really adds a dimension to the game.

If they would make dedicated CTF servers, I'd be mostly happy.

BTW, I love the new balancing fixes. We started one game last night that was 9 on 3. Beautiful. Of course we kicked the you know what out of the team. And the next map it was 9 on 3 again. LOL.

I apologize I don't come in this thread very often, I was looking at the PSN store, and it that that shopping bag icon on the combo (OD/BM) package for me, I only purcahsed the original expansion, anyone else else notice this, is this a mistake on thier part or a gift or did they lower the price of OD and gave us the combo as that's the price paid for the original expansion, basically I'm just looking for info on is this legit.
