Default Is DVI connection 1080p or 1080i?
Blu-ray fans, I have heard DVI is 1080p and or1080i. Can some one tell me which one is it?
I'm currently working on upgrading my computer. I really need to know this before I start buying a new monitor and Blu-ray drive.

AMD 64 3700+ (about to overclock)
MSI K8N Neo4 939 Socket
NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT(HDCP READY)
2GB OCZ Memory
1TB harddrive (1x500gb internal and 1x500gb external)
