Just out of curiousity, what is your grievance? You have to show damages to have a leg to stand on in court, you can't just sue because you weren't treated as "you" feel you should have been, so the use of a lawyer at this point in the process seems rather over-the-top.

I do agree that you have an issue with them, and need to contact them, but a lawyer?? really?
