Default 5.1 to 7.1, weird speaker placement idea :)

Hello All,

I am planning to upgrade my receiver from a 5.1 to a 7.1. Right now, my rear speakers are flush against the wall, as far back as they can go in my living room.

I was thinking that maybe it might enhance the sound to get two smaller speakers, and place them ontop of my other surrounds. That way I have 7.1, although the speaker placement isn't the most ideal.

I have attached a few pics of my rear speakers (Infinity primus 150s)
