Default BD - The Future Of Movies
Have a few concearns/questions here..

I have been reading reviews on BD movies and there are quite a few titles that did NOT transfer well. IE, Full Metal Jacket, National Lampoons Christmas Vacation, A Christmas Story, Fifth Element - etc etc..

What are the plans for these movies by the studies? Is that it? Were stuck with this junk? Are they going to re-release later on? I mean, whats going to happen? I feel like I get to pick from left overs here.

We are talking about the NEXT GEN format - HD - the format that is suppose to knock your socks off.. yet.. we have these crap titles.

It has probably been discussed over and over - but what is going to happen? Studios are switching encodeing formats mpe2 to VC-1 and then you have the audio tracks changing over and over..

Perhaps maybe there will be a standard? Maybe they will re-release?

Any ideas?
