Default Anyone know of a program that fits DVD/BD art to a CD size insert?

I want to move my Blu-rays to CD binders and would like to preserve the movie artwork. Is there a program that fits scanned DVD/Blu-ray cover art to a jewel case sized insert? Just the front cover or even original posters (might be cooler) would be all I need.

Any ideas?
