You have numerous options:

1. Enjoy the high-quality A/V of the UK BDs now, and hope for a complete series with extras down the line.

2. Import the BDs from Australia (they got the extras for last season).

3. Import one of the Continental BDs (for the same reason).

4. Make a small investment in a Region A player, and enjoy the US releases.

Personally, with a series where A/V is so important, I'm glad that Studiocanal do give us quality A/V presentations, with high bitrate video. Would I love an extra disc for onus content and commentaries? Sure. But then again, it isn't as though I'm being forced to buy any one release. Region B in particular has multiple releases to choose from (Australia, France, Germany, UK, etc.).
