It was classified by the BBFC on 7th July, the BBFC reckon classification takes around 6-8 days on average. (Presumably that's working days - in the UK Saturday and Sunday aren't considered working days.) So it will have been submitted on or before 27th June. It was submitted in blocks of episodes, so we can assume Studiocanal sent them a final master or close to final master. Which means Studiocanal were probably producing their master as/before the materials became available...

I'm intrigued by the 82 minute documentary, though so I'll probably buy the UK release, then wait for the US set to go cheap and import it...
