The people outside the US who can't get movies because they're only available in the US, are probably looking for US movies. I would doubt that foreign films would only be available in the US and not in their country of origin.

Frozen is a Disney movie that was not released in the US in 3D. But, it was released to the European market. From any kind of business stand point that doesn't make any sense.

I bought the South Korean Charlie Chaplin Collection because many of those movies aren't available in the US, and the ones that are, are very expensive.

The US companies are doing a horrendous job of releasing cult and classics to Blu-ray. But, Disney isn't. They're releasing everything. It's just beyond weird that Frozen 3D is not one of them.
