Those presets are a good starting point, but ideally you'll want to tweak it so it looks best in your environment to your eyes. I'd recommend checking the HDTV forum here to see if your particular model is discussed, or to search avsforum for your particular model. Other options are Digital Video Essentials which can help you properly calibrate your set yourself, or to get it professionally calibrated (which obviously will cost more).
