They will ship as released. I just got a notice for Once Bitten and Psycho II that i ordered shipped, while i have Dog Soldiers preordered too

Thanks. That's what I figured the case would be. I think I'm going to have to frame up the posters for EFNY and Mad Max. Too bad they ship them folded but since they are free I can't really complain.

Is there a free shipping code i can use at Shout Factory? I am preordering both Mad Max and Escape from New York.

Both come out to 39 bucks. But with the taxes and shipping it comes out to 48. At the end i am not really saving much then....

Yeah, their shipping costs are too high considering I have amazon prime. I can wait 2 weeks and save $6 per item.

You may want to take advantage of the Valentines Day sale they are running. I was able to pre order the same two titles as you plus Dog Soldiers for $54 shipped. It average out to $18 per title which probably won't be a huge savings over Amazon but I'll get them a couple weeks early, get the posters, and save a few bucks.

Not anything new release related, but I finally got a copy of Ginger Snaps and I'm very happy about it! Unfortunately being in Canada, I wasn't allowed to order it as part of the shocktober deal. Bit the bullet and paid the Amazon price.

Yeah with the lower SRP I would assume the only new extra will be the Gibson interview and that there won't be a new transfer done. All this is fine with me since I do not already own this and won't have to double dip.

Can the Gibson interview really be the only reason they're doing this thing? It seemed a bit extraneous when they announced it and it still feels that way. I can't even call it a cash grab with the cheaper price.

I might pick it up for the inevitable 13 buck amazon preorder price because I don't own the film aside from a really old DVD I bought used, but I can't really see the incentive for those who do.

I pre-ordered EFNY and Mad Max but I'm holding out on Dog Soldiers for now. I'm waiting on reviews for that one in case they still can't give it a good transfer.

I would love to have both of those on Blu but I don't think they have the rights to Critters and honestly I don't think they have the time or money to work on every one of those Tales From the Crypt episodes.

I did my first preorder, direct, from SF today: EFNY/Mad Max/Dog Soldiers/Class of 1984.
I'm good either way, as I kept my single order for EFNY, as I wasn't really sure how to cancel it anway via their website.

I have an autographed media book of this film that I received from Diabolik some time back - signed by Asami and the director Kurando Mitsutake - I'll have to watch it soon.
