It's a great question, but Europe has similar issues. I think in the U.S. we replaced the English royal family obsession with celeb obsession.

It's stupid the way they get idolized but equally stupid the way people hate on them as well. To me, people who play either side of that game are a bit lost.

Well I'm from Denmark, and here A LOT of people are obsessed with Paris Hilton too, they even cover the "jail story" in the danish news. My girfriend looks at these news sites with Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton everyday and my little sistor who's only 13 years old, only want's to wear Gucci, Dolce & Garbbana etc.

When I tell my girlfriend it's ridiculous to follow these people everyday, she answers, it's also ridiculous to look at Blu-ray news and car sites everyday

She should stay in prison. I cannot believe they have released her. It'll be sex offenders and murderers being released next because they'll be a danger to themselves.

Then again, she won't actually get 6 months. Whatever she gets, she won't actually serve all that time. She doesn't have the same kind of lawyer that a rich person would. When she only get 2 months instead of 6 and only serves 1... there won't be worldwide media scrutiny asking why.

Actually she was caught driving on a suspended license twice.

Repeat offender.

The law needs to be seen to apply to all in equal ways. End of story.

okay ill put it on topic. House of Wax and 1 Night in Paris should come to blu-ray. I would love to see Paris in Full HD. She makes me laugh a lot. I like her. Only serving 3 days is seriously the funniest thing ever. Funnier than her serving the whole thing. Funnier than serving nothing. She is stupid and hot....a good combo if you ask me.
