I just went to Blu news.com and they are reporting that Universal will release CASINO(Holy S*&T I can't believe thats coming out) and American Gangster on October 14th. I am getting both on day 1

I loved American Gangster! Can't wait to buy it on Blu-ray. October is shaping up to be loaded just like September. This is definately going to be a fall to remember!

I think that site is a joke to be honest. Then again, I am not really fond of the guy that runs it.

I hope Universal puts out a Gangster 3-Pack consisting of American Gangster, Casino, and Eastern Promises with a lower price like their other 3 packs.

American Ganster and Casino in the same sentence???
American Gangster was the worse mafia movie ever.. The black mafia hahaha I have seen most of the mafia movies in the past 40 years and this had no mafia feel to it and i guess was going for "The Untochables" type of movie...
not racist but that movie should not even be posted in the same thread as Casino.

Casino is a great movie! It looks awesome on HD DVD. Well sorta, it is dirty (as in scratches/print damage) but IF they do a good job cleaning things up, Universal will have winner for sure!

Not saying your racist or anything like that, I like Casino too, but at least American Gangster was based on true events. Casino IS just another mob movie.

A lot of holes in the desert, and a lot of problems are buried in those holes. But you gotta do it right. I mean, you gotta have the hole already dug before you show up with a package in the trunk. Otherwise, you're talking about a half-hour to forty-five minutes worth of digging. And who knows who's gonna come along in that time? Pretty soon, you gotta dig a few more holes. You could be there all f#ckin' night.
