The marathon training guide I've been loosely following (linked to it by Omegaice) calls for these distances the last 4 weeks before the big day

So that's what I'm going to do, will be weird not really running at all the whole week before the marathon. However, I bet the extra rest will help, definitely want to be running at my best with the family driving down to see how I do.

Extinction is my favorite from the RE franchise. My favorite RE trailer is the one where everyone is talking about their world and technology and you think it's a happy commercial and then you meet Alice and her world.

Just woke up, coffee & oats for breakfast. Need to finish watching the last two Resident Evil movies & then off to the Commissary for groceries. Sundays are my favorite day of the week.

I'm getting ready to take a shower before starting some work for the day. Football is on later and don't wanna miss that.

Was able to finish that 20 mile run earlier as planned. Didn't hit the speed I would've liked but at least I was able to finish the training without any walking so I'm calling it a win. 12 miles next week and then 8 and then 0. So psyched the first marathon is finally almost here.
