You won't notice much of a diff from 1080i to 1080p on a 27 inch TV, but know that most of the newer TVs with 1080p have better processors and contrast ratios.
Also, do you have HDMI connection or a DVI connection? You might have to use Component inputs if you have a DVI, as many players and recievers require a true HDMI to HDMI connection. So you may not get a video signal passthrough. But, it depends on your TV, reciever and Output device.... GL, hope it works for you. |
