However in case you can't find it or are too lazy, here it is... neu·tral /ˈnutrəl, ˈnyu-/ Pronunciation Key - Show Spelled Pronunciation[noo-truhl, nyoo-] Pronunciation Key - Show IPA Pronunciation –adjective 1. not taking part or giving assistance in a dispute or war between others: a neutral nation during World War II. 2. not aligned with or supporting any side or position in a controversy: The arbitrator was absolutely neutral. 3. of or belonging to a neutral state or party: neutral territory. So, to those that say they are "Neutral", your not. You support both sides. To be "Neutral", you need to stick with DVD's Nuff said, thanks for reading.
