Actually, I had read somewhere months back that there was a code or something to get progressive scan on the PS2 for God of War 2. I think it may have been a joke or something because why would they want to have a code for it like it was a secret? In the original God of War, you could turn on progressive scan from the game option menu (480p). Is it not the same with the sequel?

You have to HOLD ALL THESE BUTTONS AT THE SAME TIME: L1,L2,L3,Square,Circle.. Untill the Sony COmputer Presents screen comes up and it will turn purple the letters, and there you have it HD mode. But in order to really notice a difference you need. 1. An HD Tv, 2. One that supports the progressive scanning option. Or 3. A PS3
