K, I thought of one, will be just as lame as the rest though.

The secret behind the hard-coating on blu-ray discs: fibers from Chuck Norris' beard.

Chuck Norris was originally cast as The Joker for The Dark Knight. However after screen tests, Warner decided that the film with Norris was "too dark and intense."

So they re-cast with Heath Ledger. And we all know what happened to Heath.
