That is one ugly ass cover.

It’s Halloween, it’s Michael Myers; the cover should be a simple, iconic image.

...I’ll go with the standard release on this one.

I've read too many horror stories on here regarding spine slashes, bubble packing, ripped or damaged envelopes/boxes. Hence, the store pickup.

Ah I see. *knocks on wood* I’ve never had a problem with any of my steels.

Free shipping doesn't do any good when the steelbook is all smashed up, or spine slashed.

As I said, I’ve never had a slashed or smashed steelbook. So free shipping is perfect for me. 🤷🏻*♂️

Same here. Feel bad for the ones who do receive them that way but I guess I’ve been lucky. Never once has a Steelbook been delivered with a spine slash. Only once have I received a smashed/dented/imperfect Steelbook (Deadpool 2) which I exchanged no problem. Only that one issue dating back a few years now that I’ve had them delivered. At this point the brick & mortar has been where the issue arises

Same here.

Most of my pre-orders arrive 2 to 4 days before release day so if they are damaged in any way I can happily go to the store on Tuesday to exchange it. That has only happened once or twice in my years of using free shipping as an Elite member. It has saved me a lot of unnecessary trips to the store.

I have a busy schedule so free shipping all the way!

It's not font, it's art. Educate yourselves, people.

The artist's name is Bill Sienkiewicz. It was a limited edition 27 x 40" print run of 150 that sells for a few hundred dollars.

So many ignorant comments in here.

It is a font. The original doesn't have the title on it. Stop getting indignant because people have different tastes than you do. Who cares.

From the Merriam-Webster Dictionary
Quote:
font noun (2)
Definition of font (Entry 2 of 2)
: an assortment or set of type or characters all of one style and sometimes one size
The characters on this steelbook are all of one style so it seems like a font to me. Also why aren't other fonts considered to be art, but this one is? I consider the original Halloween font to be good title art. This one just sucks.
