The Wizard of Oz - 80th Anniversary Fathom Event

So will there be a new blu release? I read this on a 80th anniversary facebook page:

Now that AT&T owns the Warner Library including The Wizard of Oz, a re-release for The Wizard of Oz 80th Anniversary doesn't look promising, but you never know until last minute. I was hoping for a 4k release since it's already scanned and ready to go. Maybe they will add some of the newly discovered footage and outtakes that were not included on any previous releases.
