The Accidental Tourist and Conspiracy Theory from Warner both appear to be OOP.

Conspiracy Theory does appear to be OOP. It's out of stock at Amazon and no longer listed at WBShop.com

The Accidental Tourist is still in stock at Amazon and WBShop.com though, no sign it's OOP.

That's a day one purchase for me. I would especially love to see Bad Taste and Dead Alive/Braindead but Heavenly Creatures would be great too. It's hard to imagine Meet The Feebles being included in a box set of any kind but that's only because it's unlike anything else. I can see the title now: Peter Jackson: First Five Films 1987-1996 so they could throw the Frighteners in there too.

Hmmm, it might be. Out of stock everywhere and I can't find it on Shout's site anymore either. Searched for "Death Race" and "Death" and didn't see it in the results. That would be odd though since they should still control the Corman library, and none of the others appear missing.

Slumber Party 2/3 are OOP and part of the Corman library.

I wonder if it has anything to do with Corman's kid's lawsuit against selling the library to begin with. Some of Corman's titles are still available, but a couple have gone OOP which may be a result of the initial contract for those titles and how long Shout had the rights.

For a while I was thinking a lot of these OOP Corman titles were going to be a part of the Robert Rodriguez Veinte box set, where he picked 20 Corman films or something. Scream Factory has denied this, but the Amazon link is still up, and has been for months.

Scream Factory Commented that this was a set that was planned for 2016 but plans changed and the release was scrapped.

I recall hearing DR2K was OOP a couple months ago, can't recall if the info came from Shout or not though. Looks like amazon is taking a "wait and see" on it. The price went up as did the expected delivery range. Although when it says 1-whatever months, usually means they aren't gonna get it (like their listing for the non-existent American Nightmares BD).

Yeah, I heard them comment that; just seems strange to me that the link is still up and active. Wouldn't be surprised if it's more misdirection from SF.

Is C.H.U.D from Arrow OOP? It’s way up in price on Amazon and I can’t find it listed at Best Buy, Deep Discount, or Vintage Stock. CHUD 2 from Vestron is in-stock everywhere and at a reasonable price though.

Maybe Corman sold the rights to the film to Universal when they did the remake and recent sequels.

Seems like it is OOP. Not on Walmart or Target either and the only copies on eBay appear to be for higher prices.

ah thanks, but darn that it is OOP then
gonna be a gouge

EDIT: actually I just noticed that capsaholic now has the updated screencaps and the difference looks fairly small to me
looks like the same exact transfer really with the Indicator having either better compression or less DNR or perhaps simply just a trace more sharpening, anyway it doesn't seem as radically different as expected, much less different than say the old Princess Bride vs. the new remaster where the change was super obvious in both details and color, now the indicator does show a hint more grain and texture, but is it real or just a trace of careful sharpening applied or better compression?

https://caps-a-holic.com/c.php?a=1&x...6&l=1&i=0&go=1

edit edit: well I suppose it is all immaterial at this point anyway as all I see the indicator version going for is $400?!??? so even if the grain and trace detail uptick is real whatever anyway

Ya I'm not the biggest fan but that's pretty brutal.

Now, the less Keanu Reeves movies in the world is something I endorse.

Hey just wanted to throw a thanks out to everyone who checks on these things. They serve as a good reminder to pick something up before prices possibly rise too much. Ordered Conspiracy Theory last night which has been on my to buy list for a few years.

Ditto. Luckily was able to pick up CHUD at a local store today. Have been meaning to buy it for a good while now.
