Well, I sent them an email...we'll see what happens. I am feeling that there is not much they can do and do not see it as being their fault. But I wish they would had have written me about it as soon as they knew (I can't believe that they just found out yesterday). The Pio 1018 is almost next to impossible to find now..

Was this from Amazon or from the Amazon Marketplace?

Try this link and select the "Phone" tab for Amazon's call back service. If you select "right now" be ready to pick up the phone.. They are that quick.

EDIT: It is my opinion that if you really want a resolution, don't mess around with email. Get on the phone.

Yeah...you need to talk to them...use the call-back option..they are good at getting things going right away.

thanks for the feedback...I never even considered calling them (or having them call me) and I agree, that would be a more logical approach than e-mail. Right now, I have been too busy trying to find a receiver to take the place of the 1018. Researching the Pio vsx-01 vs vsx-03 at the moment....

on another note, sorry to see jkwest was banned. I found a lot of his posts to have been helpful to me.

It's much easier to shoot someone down over an email compared to on the phone. Give them a call, if they don't budge just keep asking for a supervisor ect ect. Be stern, but don't be rude.
