Well, I sent them an email...we'll see what happens. I am feeling that there is not much they can do and do not see it as being their fault. But I wish they would had have written me about it as soon as they knew (I can't believe that they just found out yesterday). The Pio 1018 is almost next to impossible to find now..

EDIT: that was quick...got an email from Amazon reminding me that they had already sent me a email concerning this, and that they're sorry and that they value my business, hope to see you soon, etc.
