Deepdiscount.com has a 15% off offer today using the promo code TEAPOT. Free shipping too if order is over $25.

I ordered 3D Rarities 2 myself, but there's a lot of good prices on Warner stuff. Prices on the below link are before the 15% discount.

Gonna see if I can order an item that's on backorder and lock in the sale price. If not I can wait.

BestBuy having sale on many 4K titles at $9.99 but only one 3D title Enchanted Kingdom. Guess 4K is not selling?

I don't think anything is selling all that well at the moment; with the cornovirus causing so many shutdowns, many people's disposable income has dried up.

However, the Disney 4K steelbook sale is today only. It's a promotion to drive sales, not a clearance. Also, I feel like Disney titles are especially vulnerable to reduced sales right now, since you can watch all those titles in 4K on Disney+, which is the cheaper/safer option right now.

Target is currently running a Buy 2, Get 1 Free sale on all blu-rays. The pre-order for Taza, Son of Cochise is included: https://www.target.com/p/taza-son-of...y/-/A-79784448.

If you can find two other titles of comparable price (I went with two Warner Archive titles), it will bring down the price to about $13 shipped, which is a great deal.

Bob Furmanek has talked about how important it is for the next few 3-D Archive restorations to sell well right off the bat, so this is a chance to get a good deal and help them out.

Did the same. Ordered Jivaro and an upcoming DC Animated movie along with it.

A word of caution to non-UK based people who buy from Zavvi. The Zavvi prices include VAT, but if you buy from them from outside of the UK, they do NOT deduct the VAT from the price; they simply pocket it. In my opinion, this is an unscrupulous and deceptive business practice.

Hi kev,

Thanks for the info.

Would loved to have taken advantage of this. Seems the sale is over. Could only think of one other, anyway. The criterion 1953 war of the worlds restored coming on bluray in July.

The European Amazons are the only online vendors I know of who deduct VAT, and then only on items purchased directly from them (i.e. no third party vendors). I'm grateful for the Amazons deducting VAT, but I can imagine it would be a bookkeeping nightmare for a smaller business, so I just accept it as the cost of doing business. If I want the item and I feel the price is competitive (after taking VAT into consideration) I'll order it.

There are some others, but it is somewhat unusual. Fnac (Fr), dvdoutlet (Netherlands), Sanity (AUS) automatically deduct VAT/GST, JBHiFi (AUS) also but after the fact and you have to request it.

Zavvi has become somewhat hard to take with their ramped up shipping over the last few years (not entirely their fault since £0.99 international shipping per order was ridiculous), but now keeping the VAT AND adding US sales tax just seems wrong. Still unique items and overall price trumps my moral objections on some items. Item price/tax/shipping all just dumps into the bottom line -- if they have it, I want it, and it same/lower price than elsewhere they can divvy up the cost however they want.

Just like at TT.com or SAE -- $5 + $5 shipping is the same as a $10 item with Free Shipping esp if the next best option is $20-30-40 via Amaz Market or Ebay.

I should look in some locations. I've been meaning to get this title but I refuse to pay more than $5 for it as I know it'll show up in a used shop the minute I buy one new lol

Very true. ESPECIALLY Inferno. Great little film, with wonderful 3D. It's probably my favorite 3D blind buy. A steal at $11.95 https://www.twilighttimemovies.com/i...3d-2d-blu-ray/
