I’m surprised they never got the rights to release I Know What You Did Last Summer. Seems like a prime candidate for a Collector’s Edition.

Agreed. I thought Scream would have released I Know/I Still Know as Collector's Editions.

Also, although it's universally loathed by critics and most horror fans, I'm surprised Scream hasn't released the 2005 remake of The Fog.

I just picked up the vanilla Universal release of CP2, so of COURSE they'll be releasing an SF special edition.

We still need a release for Inside. It’s criminal that it doesn’t have a US Blu-ray.

I still don't think we're going to get any SDCC announcements this year, but i'll play along. Here is my wishlist based off of possible outcomes from their current deals:

Friday the 13th collection
Nightmare on Elm Street collection
Deadly Friend
Alone in the Dark
Out of the Dark (1988)
The Terminator (4K) (somebody apparently has this, we still don't know who)
Scream collection (4K)
Black Christmas (2006)

Shout Select:

Coneheads
Richie Rich
Demolition Man (4K)
Little Giants
La Bamba
Night at the Roxbury

I'd give good money if they got us a remastered Scream franchise set. The HD transfers of the first three are desperately in need of an updated refresh. Sadly, the company that owns the Miramax catalog just doesn't give a rat's ass about their titles. You'd have expected them to do such a set years ago. I'd also take The Prophecy films with Walken getting a REAL HD transfer. The BDs are standard def upscales.

But for titles from other studios, Fire in the Sky would be a definite grab by way of Paramount. The Dead Zone is woefully been neglected. The Collector's Edition DVD has some solid interviews already, but anything extra on top of that would be great. Also, someone needs to re-issue Near Dark from the StudioCanal / Lionsgate library. I don't know why it's so scarce. I could only find the THX DVD last year trying to hunt it down.

If you mean the French original of "Inside," I strongly agree! "Martyrs" (2008) is also currently unavailable in the U.S. on Blu-ray, and that film has a serious and deserved cult following among American extreme horror fans.

There is also a slightly lesser-known, but very powerful and effective, Franch "extreme body horror" film, "In My Skin," from 2002 (U.S. release, 2004, I think), that I have wanted to see released on a U.S. Blu-ray for many years. I have the DVD, but that movie deserves a Blu-ray! The lead performance, from writer and director Marina de Van, is unforgettable!

All of these might be more likely to and up as KinoLorber releases than Scream Factory ones, as KL often releases arty (and, sometimes, extreme) international horror films, but I would very happily buy them, no matter where they are released on Blu-ray!

Not to put a dampener on things, but shouldn't we hold off on the SDCC wishlists until it's confirmed SF are doing a virtual panel?

Even if we can see a nearly complete version, I'm in.

According to this, there's an almost complete original cut somewhere out there.

Panel or not, I think it's safe to assume that Shout Factory still has a slate of new titles coming up. They probably won't be announced Comic Con-style this year but they gotta have a 2020-21 plan. The only question is, how robust are those plans?

My wishlist:

Less Hammer
More 80's horror titles

Yeah I doubt they are doing one. They would have said something by now I would think.
