From what I recall, ABC Pictures and the Selznick library are different rights holders internationally that aren't Disney. In regards to Criterion acquisitions, many of the mentioned titles have already had US releases from different labels (Warner for "Cabaret", who also own the film in the US, and Kino for "Junior Bonner", "Silkwood" and "Pizzi's Honor") and I don't think Criterion would ever do a non-US exclusive release. Also, "The Heartbreak Kid" and "Sleuth" are owned by Bristol Myers Squibb and their asking price is too high (also the reason why the original "Stepford Wives" hasn't had a Blu).
