Used my $10 off code last night to buy the AGFA+Bleeding Skull release Pathogen with slip. The documentary Zombie Girl is included. I remember watching bits of that on IFC or some other channel.

Anyone else have trouble with their The Monster of Camp Sunshine disc? I get the AGFA and SWV logos then the screen just goes black. After restarting the Sony a couple of times I got it to play last night but today nothing...

I've been having that issue with a few VS releases lately. Haven't had any issues since I did an update on my player though

The music probably fairs a bit better because it's at least semi-professionally recorded and mixed in true stereo, and not recorded with the cameras on board mic. So your receiver has something to work with.

Sounds like the directors cut was converted to be mono track.

I'm no expert though, and there's a lot more knowledgeable people than me here lurking around here. So perhaps someone else will be able to shed more light on it.

EDIT: not technically an SOV movie I guess. Was shot on 16mm, and only edited on video.

Barry screwed up the audio on that version of wicked world, which is why he wanted to re-edit it or fix it. He ended up doing the new edit but AGFA preferred the old one, so both were included. Almost all sound was post dubbed.

Dissapointed about the tape masters in wishman volume 2, but happy that they included the 2 greek movies which I wasn't expecting. I do find it kind of hard to believe that there's no theatrical prints to use at all. For the 3 tape ones in volume 2, or all the uncut versions in volume 1.

I'm not sure if it's of any use or where everyone is based but 101 films has been releasing some of the older titles https://101-films-store.com/collections/agfa including Smut Without Smut Vol. 1 coming in September.

Two of Wishman’s films are lost to IMDb so what is left is six nudist films, two adult titles, A Night to Dismember, and her last three features made in Florida towards the end of her life. I could see AGFA do a nine film set of her first and last films since they all have footage shot in Florida and could be called Sunlight Years. Peekarama is probably going to release her adult titles. So a solo release of A Night to Dismember with both cuts makes sense. Would be nice if all her surviving features were on disc by the end of the year, but could see a few not making it into any of the forthcoming releases.

In the interview they said Vol 2 was the biggest set, so Vol 3 definitely won't have 9 films. My guess is just the 6 nudist films.

Considering this is getting a UK release from 101 films, I wonder how they are going to do the second set. NON of those films in the 2nd set would pass the BBFC at 18 rating.

Also if anyone who missed out on the OOP AGFA release of the first Smut Without Smut release & still wants one should go ahead & get the UK release. It'll be exactly the same as the OOP AGFA release.
