It's because the disk are and will be completely region free, bluray will be region coded into 3 or 4 different regions once 1.1 is installed.

My God why now worrying about how much the disc and the box weights or the Color of the Print ? does it have sales cuppons inside ?

Actually thinking deeper by having more space theres no need for 2 discs, just with one you can do it, so it weights less...

do you live in different regions ? do you happen to move a lot ? do you leave your hardware where you used to live ? dont you have internet to ship the things you want wherever you are ?
