I agree. Swimming is fun, and doesn't feel like exercise.

I sit all day at work, and I usually get up and walk around to strecth my legs...that's my slacking off time.

I also walk to my printer, or fax machine real fast too so I can burn off those potato chips I was eating for lunch.

You know what I love doing with potato chips; I get a bowl of vinegar and salt and dip them and make my own Salt & Vinegar potato chips. It's freakin' sweet, well, sour.

The hell it don't! I joined the YMCA a few months back. They have one of those lap pools where it's roped off into several lanes and you just swim back and forth. Well I had not swam in years. I get in and I figured I'd start light, you know, 10-15 minutes. Well 5 minutes into it I thought I was going to absolutely die!! I gutted it out for the full 15 minutes, having to stop and catch my breath several times in between. By the time I dried off, changed, and headed back to my car my whole body ached! I swear it was all I could do just to get back to my car!

The thing about swimming is that you are working your body harder than you realize when you're actually in the pool. Once you get out the after effects are rough!
