Yes the Blu-ray SteelBook is already sold out everywhere in the UK. When the 4K SteelBook goes live you better be ready and jump on it right away because that will probably sell out quickly as well.

No, I don't know when it will go live so it's up to you to keep checking. Don't wait for somebody to post "it's live" here.

So most likely a 4K release will be coming to North America as well. I don't know if there will be a SteelBook or not.
