Anybody elses Non HD ZUNE become junk after new updates? - Blu-ray Forum

Mine is still working flawlessly.

Sounds like your unit just crapped out.

At least Microsoft still supports its products after release unlike iPods where you feel you have to update every year just to get all the new features.

I would go for a Zune HD if you are looking to get a new one.

iPod touch users had to pay $10 to get the 3.0 update that iPhone users got for free. I have iPhones so I didn't pay.

You're right.... I should have phrased it better. I meant with a Zune HD you'd never have to pay for updates.... whereas there is a history of Apple charging for major iTouch updates. Not to mention that sweet OLED screen.

wasnt tryna be a dick at all. i just wasnt sure what u meant. my friend has the itouch n she loves it. i might upgrade to the hd zune thoigh..
