The ICT is not currently implemented in any movies.
There are also no current plans to implement it, although at some point it will happen.
If it's in 4 years you have plenty of time to upgrade your tv. They speculate that 2010 would be the earliest, but if people start pirating BD and HD DVD left, right and centre I have no doubt it could happen sooner.
It's a fairly accurate date though considering how long CD and DVD both took to start outselling the casette and the VHS respectively.
