He probably has the clause where the studios need his or his estate's green light before they can release his movies in any particular format or in any country. Spielberg doesn't own his movies but his contracts covers him for this. However Lucas owns anything past Ep4 that was produced by Lucasfilm so he has final say. That's why Paramount screwing with Spielberg is not a good idea. fuad
