Looks pretty good compared to what?! You have nothing to compare it to, so you can't say "this is good enough" because you know what, that title, on BD is going to be incredible!!!!!!!!!!

The problem is that some of the upconverted DVD's do look pretty good. For example "Star Wars: Episode 3" looks very good for an upconvert. Yeah, us BD guys can see the difference, but most of your average consumers are probably oblivious to the difference. It's unfortunate but the general public hardly ever knows what is best for them. Like lemmings everyone just goes with the flow.

I do think that most of the THX DVD's upconvert nicely. The majority do look like S**t though.
