Both must be capable. The player must be able to pass the signal, and the TV must be able to accept and display it. I do not have a set which can do this, but I have seen movies on it, and while a movie like Cars (animated) looks excellent, to me it takes away from the cinematic feel of movies, making them look like cheap 3D theme park movies. Again, this is just my opinion.
Yes, the PS3 can do this. |
