tilallr1, I have a Samsung HLR6167W, and I have the same problem on over compressed Dish movie channels. Especially strobe effects. I also have no problems for Bluray movies. I believe it is a compression problem, that can't be fixed. Sorry. I use the movie setting on my tv.
