I thought so too actually. The movie is also coming out around the same time in Germany too.

Sony Germany is also releasing a few others that may be future Candidates for TT:

Guess Who's Coming to Dinner (1967)
The Way We Were (1973)
The Wild One (1953)
The Age of Innocence (1993)
The China Syndrome (1979)
Oliver! (1968)

The only thing about The China Syndrome is that the film doesn't have a score (one was recorded but was not used). If TT isn't allowed to include the rejected score, they probably wouldn't release it since then they can't add on an isolated score track like all of their other films.

They could do an isolated score track for the rejected score by Michael Small.

There are plenty of isolated score tracks that present cues that weren't used in the films, or else heavilly truncated (Alien and The Omen come to mind), so a completely rejected score is possible. The Blu of The Getaway has an isolated track of Jerry Fielding's unused music.

I seriously don't get it... why Twilight Time?

Sleepless In Seattle was a HUGE box office hit when it came out

And anyways... if you guys stop supporting Twilight Time, maybe they will go away. One company I wouldn't mind seeing go under considering what a ripoff they are selling the equivilent of $5 bargain bin releases for $35. Criterion they ain't.

The original score was never released, no? So this would be the first?

Surprised this has such a limited release. I thought this was one of the more memorable romantic comedies of the last couple of decades and certainly is leaps above You Got Mail.

I'll have to get this! This will be the 2nd title from TT I get. I ordered Steel Magnolias last year. I'd consider Philadelphia but I've never seen it, I was pretty young when it came out. And the price tag seems a little much for a blind buy.

I'm not a big fan of Twilight Time because of its limited run of certain catalog titles, but Sleepless in Seattle is one of my favorite films of all time, so this is one Twilight Time release that I'm willing to make an exception for and order on day 1.

Interesting cover, though it might confuse people who've never seen it, as to why the Empire State Building is on the front of a movie called Sleepless in Seattle
